Philip Leslie Haycox  9 January 1930 - 9 November 2003

Philip and I married May 1959 at Worth, West Sussex and had three children, Ian, Mark and Monica. We lived in Sussex until 1973. We then moved to Exmouth, Devon and bought a large house which we extended and ran as a hotel business. We ran the hotel until our retirement and in 1993 moved to Mid Devon where we built a property with half an acre of garden.

Philip enjoyed working in his workshop, woodturning and other projects but his main hobby was golf.

Since Philip's death in November 2003 I moved to a bungalow on the outskirts of Exeter which is fairly private with a small garden.  I enjoy my photography and have given up the darkroom and slide film. I use the computer for processing and producing prints. I get a great deal of enjoyment going on photographic workshops.  Monica lives fairly close and I see the grandchildren, Rebecca, Emily and Laura, quite regularly. Ian now lives in Exmouth and his son Hugh lives in Brittany, France.  His daughter Elizabeth is now at Warwick University taking a Maths degree.
